■Exchanged from plate side   ■For injection mold

●The inside arrow is rotated using air pressure, allowing you to rotate the date insert without stopping the molding machine.

●For automatic date insert with 12mm outer diameter, the inside arrow can be replaced directly from the PL surface - no mold disassembly required, reducing time and cost significantly.

Automatic Rotation Mechanism

The internal mechanism lifts and rotates the inside arrow using air pressure. It automatically points to the next number. Unlike conventional systems, no screwdriver is needed - just press a switch to rotate, dramatically reducing operation time.

How to Replace the Inner Arrow (for 0-9 and 1-12)

While the inner arrow is raised by air pressure, the inner arrow is rotated and removed using a screwdriver.

Control Method

●Controlled by air pressure

Using a push-button switch or foot pedal, air flow is controlled to rotate the date mark.
