Serial number marking by automatic date stamps

3 automatic date stamps are used to mark 000 to 999 on the moldings. PLC and other control units are used to control rotation of date stamps.

How to control

① Touch sensor detects opening of mold.
② Touch sensor sends signal to PLC.
③ PLC sends signal to solenoid valve to rotate automatic date stamp.

Application

Serial number for all moldings

Problem

Labelling serial number takes time and label may tear off over time.
The lot number "154697" is attached by hand.

Solution

Automatic date stamps mark serial number during injection process so no extra time needed for marking. Engraved marking leave semi permanent marking.
"154697" is marked automatically by date stamps.

Rotate date stamp easily

Problem

Date stamps are located on the mold where it is hard to rotate by hand.

Solution

You can rotate date stamp easily by air pressure.
